I ran the following command through Terminal (I'm using Mac) :
export PYTHONPATH="$PYTHONPATH:/usr/local/google_appengine:/usr/local/google_appengine/lib/:/usr/local/google_appengine/lib/yaml/". You have to configure the paths to the libraries.
